DETAILS AND PROCEDURES FOR BOOKING THIS TRIP

• 2 adults, 21 of years of age or older and 2 children
• 45 Days Advance  booking (from the date booking company receives your date requested.)
• Check-in available Monday - Thursday Only
• Recipient responsible for all other expenses, such as food, gratuities, travel expenses and hotel taxes
• Accommodations are 3 star properties and include Holiday Inn, Fairfield Inn by Marriott, Ramada Inn, Red Roof Inn, Howard Johnson, Days Inn in addition, to other brands and independent properties.
• On date of travel you will go directly to the hotel to check in.  They will have your paid reservation in hand.Travel must be completed within 12 months of registration.
• Not for group travel
• Non-transferable
• $50 per person service fee for no shows or cancellations
• Step 1:  Go to www.AwesomeTravelClub.com to redeem certificate. ($55.00) If you have received this certificate from an Awesome Travel Club member you will need the certificate id # 102-3202 and the members id #. Click Non-Member to enter in your contact information and pay the rerdemption fee.  If you are a Member, you will need your member log-in information. You  will receive your certificate within 7-10 days.
• Step 2: Upon receipt of certificate, you will mail in the registration form to the booking company. You will be mailed a reservation request form that you will need to return specifying preferred locations and dates of travel.
• Step 3: Upon receipt of your requested date, a travel agent will phone you to confirm your reservation.
• Step 4: $50  Refundable Deposit. is required. You can elect to have the room taxes paid out of the refundable deposit.  Remaining amount of deposit is returned the week following your return.
