Arizona Residents ONLY- Sales Tax will be divided evenly into the monthly payments

Monthly Payments, sales tax (where applicable) and the monthly service fee will be billed on the 25th of every month.

Payment Plan Purchasers are entitled to commissions. Commissions will be prorated according to payment plan.

Distributors who make sales who have opted for payment plan will have commissions divided monthly as per the plan chosen.

Commissions for all payment plan purchases will be paid on the 5th of every month.

Failure to make monthly payments means no access to package.
