• This offer is for 2 adults, 21years of age or older
• 45 Days Advance Booking  (From the date booking company receives your date requested). NOTE: NOT from the time of vacation redemption.).
• The recipient is responsible for all other expenses, such as food, gratuities, travel expenses and hotel taxes.
• Accommodations are 3-1/2 star properties or better to destinations such as: Cancun, Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, Acapulco and Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic.
• On the date of travel you will go directly to the hotel to check in.  They will have your paid reservation in hand.
• Travel must be completed prior to the expiration date on the certificate you receive.
• This offer is not for group travel and this certificate is non-transferable.
• $50 per person service fee for no shows or cancellations.
• Step 1: Go to the Non-Member redeem or the member redeem on this site to redeem your vacation. (If you are a non-member, you will need the certificate id # 105-5405 and the member id of the individual who gave the certificate to you.) Redemption cost is $80.00
• Step 2: Upon receipt of certificate, you will need to mail in the registration form to the booking company. You will be mailed a reservation request form that you will need to return specifying preferred locations and dates of travel. Please be mindful of required return mailing date.
• Step 3: Upon receipt of your requested date, a travel agent will phone you to confirm your reservation.
• Step 4: A $50 Refundable Deposit is required. You can elect to have the room taxes paid out of the refundable deposit.  Remaining amount of deposit is returned the week following your return.

ATC reserves the right to replace/change/cancel any vacation within this package.  Should this occur, we will subsititue with a vacation of comparable value.  The certificate holder is responsible for payment of all fees, including but not limited to redemptions, taxes, deposits, port fees, airline fees, etc., as per the terms and conditions of this vacation.  Failure to follow instructions for redeeming a booking the chosen vacation does not constitute a liability to Awesome Travel, LLC Awesome Travel Club or its associates.
