• Check-in available 7 days a week.  All travel is subject to availability. You will be required to give the travel agency multiple dates of travel in case your first requested date is unavailable. 
• Dates near holidays and during major conventions are generally not available.

• The recipient is responsible for all other expenses, such as food, gratuities, travel expenses and hotel taxes.
• Accommodations are 3 star properties, upgrades for ocean front properties are available at an additional charge.
• Travel must be completed within 12 months of registration.

• Step 1: Go to the Non-Member redeem or the member redeem on this site to redeem your vacation. (If you are a non-member, you will need the certificate id# 042-5402 and the member id of the individual who gave the certificate to you.) Redemption cost is $75.00
• Step 2: Upon receipt of certificate, you have a choice of activating by mail, fax, online or by phone. An Activation Acknowledgement Letter will be mailed to you within 72 hours (please allow for mail time) and will provide you with your unique customer number, travel tips and a toll free number to call central reservations when you are ready to make your reservation.
• Step 3: A $100 refundable credit card deposit is required at the time of reservation confirmation.  Deposits are refunded within 30 days after travel to the same credit card used to make the deposit.  A Reservation Confirmation Letter, including check-in information and directions, will be mailed to you.  Your reservation confirmation letter and identification will be required upon check-in.
• Step 4: Your only cost at the time of requesting your travel dates is a room rate tax of $17-33 per night.
