• This offer is for 5 Days 4 Nights of luxury resort accommodations in Beautiful Cancun, Mexico at one of these five resorts: Laguna Suites Golf and Spa, Sunset Fishermen, Sunset Lagoon Hotel and Marina, Hacienda Tres Rios, or Royal Sunset.
• Allow 60 Days Advance Booking (From the date booking company receives your date requested.) NOTE: NOT from the date of certificate redemption.
• All travel is subject to availability. You will be required to give the travel agency three dates of travel, each 45 days apart in case your first requested date is unavailable.  The booking company will try to book your first chosen date.
• Dates near holidays and during  major conventions are not available.
• This offer is only good for United States residents. 
• This offer covers only resort accommodations. You are responsible for all other expenses, including any taxes, fees, transportation, gratuities, meals, surcharges, and transfers to and from the resort. Resorts will require that you present a major credit card to cover other possible charges.
• This offer is not for group travel and is non-transferable.
• This certificate may NOT be combined with any other promotional vacation certificate offer.
• Only 1 vacation offer per household in an 18 month period is allowed.
• Your envelope must be postmarked no more than 21 days after the issue date on the Travel Request Form.  Upon validation, the booking company will send you a Reservation Request form.  Once the request Form is sent in, the voucher is good for 18 months and all travel must be completed in that time frame.
• Step 1: Go to the Non-Member redeem or the member redeem on this site to redeem your vacation. (If you are a non-member, you will need the certificate id 085-5403 and the member id of the individual who gave the certificate to you.) Redemption cost is $50.00
• Step 2: Upon receipt of the certificate, you will need to complete the Travel Request Form located on the back lower portion of the certificate, and mail it to the address shown at the bottom of the form along with a $50 refundable deposit in the form of a check, money order or cashiers check. 
• Step 3: Upon validation of your request form, the booking company will mail you a Reservation Request form.  You will be asked to choose 3 dates, allowing for at least 45 days between choices.  Mail the request back with at least 60 days before the first chosen date. You MUST have your itinerary information in hand before departing for this trip.
• Step 4: Make sure you have your passports and itinerary information before traveling.  Upon completion of travel, you may request a refund of the $50 deposit.  You will not be eligible for a refund if you fail to show or cancel a confirmed reservation.  Once made, all reservations are final and non-refundable.
