• Grand Getaway Sports Package entitles the recipient to 3 days and 2 nights hotel accommodations plus 2 complimentary tickets to a sporting event such as Football, Baseball, Basketball, Hockey, NASCAR, Professional Golf.
• This certificate is valid for 2 adults. Travelers must be 25 years of age or older, and must have a valid MasterCard, Visa or American Express Card in order to check into the hotel. There is an additional cost for extra tickets or for additional guests.
• This package does not include cost of food, beverages, taxes, gratuities, ground transportation, service charges or ticketing charges.
• This package is not for group travel. Group travel is defined as more than one family traveling or meeting at the same destination on the same travel date.
• Only one certificate per family, per year can be used.
• Accommodations and sporting tickets are for regular season only and do NOT include playoff tickets, U.S. Open, Daytona 500, and no Masters events.  Accommodations are subject to availability.
• During holidays and peak travel periods a surcharge may apply.
• All accommodations are 3 Star or better and include the night before the event and the night of the event.
• This package is non transferable and cannot be used with any other travel promotion.
• This offer cannot be sold or redeemed for cash, nor shall any rebates, refunds or credits be issued for any unused time, days or space.
• Step 1: Go to the Non-Member redeem or the member redeem on this site to redeem your vacation. (If you are a non-member, you will need the certificate id # 122-3201 and the member id of the individual who gave the certificate to you.) Redemption cost is $230.00
• Step 2: Upon receipt of the certificate, you will need to complete the registration form located on the back insert of the certificate. The activation form MUST be filled out in its entirety and sent to the address on the form.  Only original and completely filled out registration forms will be accepted. You will submit at least 3 travel dates with events.  They must be submitted 60 days in advance and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Step 3: You will be notified by the booking company, who will confirm your dates and provide the necessary information for your fun getaway.  Once hotel reservations are confirmed, they cannot be changed, refunded or transferred.  If you need to cancel, reservations must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Step 4: Once tickets and accommodations are booked the company will notify you and will send tickets via email.  A signature will be required.  Total cost to you is $47 per person for taxes and courier costs. + $230.00 redemption cost.
